My Latest Article about the Hekmatnejad Family
The Hekmatnejad workshop is regarded as one of the most distinguished and legendary carpet ateliers of Isfahan. It reached its peak during the Pahlavi era and was reputedly the preferred workshop of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi for Isfahan carpets. Numerous masterpieces were commissioned by the Shah from the Hekmatnejad family, many of which were presented as diplomatic gifts to foreign monarchs and heads of state.

Based in the center of Germany, I visit hundreds of auctions, household liquidations, and garage sales throughout all of Europe every year, in which I carefully select the pieces that I am displaying here.
